Responsible for coaching employees on a daily basis, manage employee payroll and scheduling, monitor calls and provide feedback during coaching sessions. Create actions plans based on agents performance to ensure agents are achieving weekly goals. Review employee production, work quality, performance management and initiate corrective action if needed.
