As Fleet & MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Manager for the TP400 engine, the most powerful single-rotation turboprop engine in service, I am accountable for ensuring that all contracted maintenance activities are planned, enabled, optimised and executed. I lead tactical and strategic fleet management and maintenance delivery activities across multiple contracts and nations.

Supporting the Chief People Officer during a global pandemic and one of the Company’s largest restructuring programmes provided me with rapid exposure to director and board level decisions.
