Hello, I'm Eve Duhamel, one half of the directors’ duo Vallée Duhamel, where we bring life to surprising visuals and immersive installations that playfully defy reality. As a director with a passion for lo-fi aesthetics, my work is deeply rooted in experimentation and fun, pushing the boundaries of video and installation art.Together with Julien Vallée, we've created visual narratives for clients such as Apple, Google, Hermès and Samsung. Our work has been showcased in cities such as Berlin, London, Buenos Aires, Los Angeles, Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal. Notable projects include the Smash Pong installation at the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati and our Island video presented at Oasis Immersion in a giant four-wall projection. Our creations have received several recognition, including Vimeo Staff Pick for Les Inconnus, finalist at the 37th Black Maria Film Festival, and selections at various film festivals like Atlanta, Cinequest, and Nashville. We also received the Audience Awards Winner at South by Southwest in 2018.As Vallée Duhamel, we're passionate about transforming everyday objects and situations into unexpectedly delightful experiences. We embrace the unconventional, treating our surroundings as a giant playground. Our passion extends beyond creation as we love to share our insights through talks at various festivals and events. We also share our love for design & experimentation through teaching at UQAM and conducting workshops around the world.
