I am a natural collaborator who loves working alongside change makers, supporting them to think through and clearly articulate the complex challenges they seek to address, identify opportunities and solutions that will achieve positive and practical change. A background in Law and over 20 years of lived experience expertise and insights from senior strategic change and stakeholder management roles, working in and across systems in state government and place-based reform initiatives, contribute to my capacity to grasp the nuances of an organisation’s specific context and potential implications within the broader landscape. I have an endless curiosity for exploring the theoretical and conceptual which informs my approaches balanced by a commitment to co-design and inclusion - that ensure responsive and implementable solutions to meet the needs of organisations and those they work with.
