In this job role I was responsible for the ladieswear department, this was our biggest selling area within the store. My day to day jobs included cash management, ensuring the daily rota’s are secured for the week ahead, setting the team up each day with daily focuses and goals and encouraging team standards within the store.

I began working at Marks and Spencer’s in a Christmas temp role, after this they kept me on as a permanent member of staff and I stay for a further 2 years! This position involved me, helping customers, serving at the till point, garment caring clothes and products and restocking. While in this position I worked in all 4 departments on store, this included womenswear, menswear/ kids wear, the good hall and backstage operations. I left this position to gain a full time position elsewhere.
