 Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. e.g. 4M check list, program schedule, new CFT set up, understand critical to quality for different product. etc. Primary contact for negotiations with customer on all contracts, pricing and other business items. e.g. Quarterly business review for cost reduction, lead time reduction. etc Responsible for customer satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) collection on monthly basis and review with team member then work out the corrective actions in terms of on time delivery, quality improvement, flexibility and technical support, communications etc. Confers with Customer Focus Team (CFT) to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority. e.g. regular CFT meeting to review the account status ,Quarterly revenue target. Reviews status reports prepared by team personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. e.g. weekly material status report and build plan review. Prepares program reports and presentations for management, client or others. e.g. account growth plan, account assessment if meet target in terms of inventory turns, AR collection, commercial claims, quality improvement etc. Confers with CFT to provide technical advice and to resolve problem, work with sister Site for technical transfer i. g DfM for PCB, DfMA for mechanical. Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis on monthly/quarterly basis, be Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. Site Demand Chain Process leader, coordinate the training with region and global, be responsible for training the new recruitment in PM team in terms of Forecast management, order management, Rapid Response System usage.

 Initial contact with customer for the new business start up. Customer data base set up. Product data base set up, prepare sample for exhibition in peak season, introduce and demonstrate the product to new customer. Work with customer and supplier to propose the best design for the new product launch.  Quotation and order follow up.

 Data collection from each department, cost accounting. Present the financial report to management on monthly/quarterly basis Participate the P&L review with management and make proposal to cost reduction  Participate Annual budget planning with management.
