Reporting to the Team Leader, responsible for: managing and conducting studies and analyses in compliance with GMP/GLP and the established quality system – client communication – providing technical and scientific support (HPLC/UPLC UV, Fluorescence, MSMS – GC FID, MS) and internal coordination related to the study – writing protocols and reports, reviewing raw data, and interpreting results. Project management for the development and validation of the assay of around ten molecules and multiple amino acids at concentrations ranging from pg/mL to mg/mL in 12 culture media using various analytical techniques, which enabled the start stability studies for all products. Standardization of the validation of related substance dosage methods by LC-MSMS according to GMP, ICHQ2R1, and USP standards. Created of a protocol template and a method description template for MSMS detection. Organized and led a working group to adapt specific points to MSMS detection. Within six months, finalized the model protocol, homogenized practices, and reduced protocol writing time by 50%, optimizing internal resources. Project management for updating all cleaning validations for a client concerning the development and validation of analytical methods, ensuring deadlines and budget were met. Proposed and implemented alternative analytical techniques to meet resource and deadline constraints, successfully completing a project for difficult-to-analyze molecules (antibiotics without chromophore and/or with many impurities). Provided technical support for junior project managers or those without analytical knowledge to offer the best solutions to clients and avoid project delays.
