Business development, project management & strategic communications for a diverse project portfolio with Dutch and international clients. Projects are focused on using design thinking and co-creation for education and communication tools worldwide, including gamified learning and e/m-learning tools. Pushing boundaries, thinking out-of-the box and focusing on human-centered design are at the core of my work, along with careful attention to detail and enthusiasm for mutli-actor and multi-cultural collaboration.

Driven by entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for social change, I coordinate and design innovative partnership models in the Netherlands and among TSH's expanding European network. Partnerships with universities, start-ups, incubators and more underline my work and form the basis of creative and out-of-the box initiatives that work to offer those without traditional access to housing and entrepreneurship, including young, talented women from emerging economies, to a well-rounded, conscious and vibrant experience.

As communications & business development manager at North Star Alliance, I developed and executed innovative communications strategies and enhance business partnerships. Accomplishment included writing and winning 100k grant. My role was diverse and included managing an international communications team, data and programme management, donor relations, public-private-partnership-building and on-the-ground work in East Africa. At North Star, I was flexible and adaptable, doing my part to help scale up a start-up and whatever is needed to bring quality and sustainable health services to hard-to-reach populations.

Extensive training on sex and labor trafficking in the United States. Conducted trainings on human trafficking and managed calls from the U.S. and abroad, ranging from tips, to requests for information, to crisis calls. Coordinated response with nationwide task forces, including law enforcement, service providers and government officials.

Researched French, English and Spanish news sources worldwide for reports of infectious disease outbreaks. Synthesized information and analysis into reports and tagged bio event indicators accordingly for an international array of clients, including World Vision, Motorola and the French Ministry of Health.
