In most instances, this allowed submarines to meet mission demands on schedule and better prepared submarines to deal with similar issues in the future.• Led three to four person teams in reviewing analyses used to support extending the service life of the S8G Prototype, allowing it to continue to train sailors for US nuclear-powered ships.• Provided technical interviews to prospective US Navy nuclear officers, and provided input to senior leadership to assist in hiring decisions.
