* Manage the data team on all data related projects and provide professional development on best practice data management and analysis. * Develop and integrate data auditing and validation processes to increase and maintain data integrity and standardization. * Develop data visualizations and accessible, rich reporting for internal and external stakeholders that combines quantitative and qualitative metrics. Oversee partner data needs and requests and support data analysts in managing, responding to, and developing partner-facing materials.* Partner with key stakeholders (districts, charter organizations, community organizations, etc.) to develop a matrix of key measures of student engagement and need/risk, and work with partners and evaluators to refine key persistence indicators. Develop and integrate evidence-based definitions for core metrics and indicators of success/persistence into Beyond 12 analyses, reporting, and partner-facing materials.* Develop a robust internal and external data and research program including: (1) white papers, blogs, and other outward facing data analysis and dissemination; and (2) valid and reliable student success metrics, regular data reporting and audit programs, and other internal data products. Additionally, maintain an active research portfolio designed to enhance Beyond 12’s understanding of its impact, guide its strategic direction, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.* Track current research relating to college persistence and translate the key findings of research into accessible terms to inform Beyond 12 and partner strategy and decision-making processes. This includes implementing and maintaining a curriculum development process that aligns coaching and MyCoach curriculum with evidence-based best practices and pedagogies.
