Trainer for Capgemini colleagues and external clients in the area of Management and Communication Skills.

In 2006 I started working at Capgemini as a business consultant in the financial services industry with a specialty in organization change management and coaching. After 6 years I switched to the internal organization of Capgemini and I held various management roles. Since 2014 I am a coach and trainer. Capgemini has its own Coach Center and its own Academy.

Responsible for the delivery of administrative services to the business by 43 assistants onshore and 11 assistants offshore (India).

Responsible for centralizing the HR administrative processes and the delivery of these processes to the business by 6 employees onshore and 11 employees offshore (India).

Responsible for the Dutch International Mobility Team. This team bears the responsibilities for safety, immigration and tax & social security issues of the employee when working abroad.

Talent & Pro is an operational consultancy specialist to the international Banking and Insurance Markets. During this period I was depoyed at several customers to support their management. I was responsible for acceptance- and indemnity handling process, writing work instructions and optimizing work processes. Totally I have carried out 15 assignments at 13 customers.Customers for which I have done assignments are De Amersfoortse, Zwitserleven, Zurich, Centraal Beheer Achmea, Stad Rotterdam, Van Lanschot Assurantiën, Bueger Wiertz en Melis, Nationale-Nederlanden, Bouwfonds, Aegon, De Goudse, Menzis and Delta Lloyd.
