At Etihad, I developed a greenfield catering facility blueprint with a capacity of 90K airline meals per day in conjunction with an existing facility that generates 82K daily meals - project budget USD 502M. • Leveraged mechanization, automation, and outsourcing to slash budget from USD 502M to USD 370M.• Authored functional, performance, and technical specifications for all systems and equipment - 1.3K types - for inclusion in tender documents.• Served as subject matter expert for catering operational excellence program and achieved 10% improvement in man minutes per meal (MMPM) and MHPF (Man Hours Per Flight).• Initiated seven major projects to manage demand until new catering facility would go into commission.
