Human Resources Project Leader
CurrentAs project leader in Human Resources, I design the project goals, KPI's-targets and governance, and co-ordinate the implementation. This means managing all important project elements like time, resources, scope and quality, and all dependencies, from initialization to closure of a project, while maintaining strategic & sponsor alignment and stakeholder support.Most important realizations:- A new way of (hybrid) working at imec, including a new workplace concept and its realization (Smart Workplace)- Engagement and wellbeing (pulse) surveys at imec, including a new tool and dashboard reports (Connected.Minds)- The transition from performance management to Performance and Talent enablement, with the introduction of new processes and tooling (e.g. Talent Reviews)- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Inclusive Workplace Policy and Gender Equality Plan, with corporate ambitions and actions as well as grassroots community actions- The introduction of the Federal Mobility budget and a new mobility plan for all employees
