The Network Group is the holding company of operating companies Medicore, Cure4Finance, Valtech and Shop Works.

Vanguard is one of the largest asset managers of the world with 3.300 billion assets under management. The European headquarters is based in London and the sales office in Amsterdam consists of 5 persons.In this role I’m responsible for three main tasks• Support marketing and events (responsible for (co-) organizing 10 events a year, translation and checking of all marketing materials and ads)• Office management Amsterdam office (inventory management, plan and book business travel, Business Contingency Officer and Security Officer)• Support for 4 Senior Sales Executives (sales reports, creating sales presentations, diary management, answering client queries, set up pricing requests)

A six-month project in which I was responsible for the recruitment of 250 freelance translators and assisted in the recruitment of international IT-staff.

Travelled individually for 5 months through Thailand, Indonesia and Australia

Responsible for solving complaints and inquiries from corporate clients of Getronics/KPN ranging from easy to solve complaints to extensive cases involving multiple departments. This role included checking the correctness of contracts and invoices, check whether payments where received and credited if needed.

During a 10 month internship I worked at two departments within Koninklijk Horeca Nederland. I supported the industry managers at ‘Markt, Sectoren en Economie’ and I gave advice to hospitality entrepreneurs at ‘Info & Advies’.
