Successfully trained staff members on the technological enhancements that would enable the department to continue conducting inspections. In 2020, successfully completed 115 inspections, of which 75% were completed virtually. In 2021, continued using the virtual inspection process and completed 202 virtual inspections out of 210 inspections, ensuring the department met thecongressional mandate to inspect each eligible facility twice a year.
