As an HR specialist at a Student Council I had to deal with newly registered students, including fillingout their CV, testing their English knowledge, helping with the IT tests and inquiring about their needsand expectations. On a daily basis my work included mainlyadministrative tasks, processing the new incoming demands from the Partners of Schönherz andmaking online ads for the positions (website and Facebook), managing the MS Outlook mailbox thatwe were using and completeing other ad-hoc tasks that may occured. With time I was helping out adifferent field (customer service) where I had to create contracts and make sure that everything wasready for the student to start working. The call center assisted all the employees of EE, one of the biggest telecommunication networks ofthe United Kingdom. Our responsibility included assisting the EE agents when they faced a problemwith any of their applications or softwares. With a guide we were troubleshooting all the upcomingissues, let it be a password change, an account lock out or even more complicated issues thatrequired us to remotely connect to their laptop/PC and guide them through the troubleshoot.
