Walking and guiding the Owner to provide a hassle-free experience to transform their property into a profitable and social coliving environment managed by Rukita. My role also includes managing Rukita’s Asset Information Team. We populate the building asset information from every unit and property into a master data for ease of quality assurance.

Agung Sedayu Group Tower

Fit out management of over one dozen shops at Golf Island, Green Sedayu Mall, Tokyo Riverside Tower mall and Clubhouse. As these building projects are currently under construction, my role is to ensure the fit out team delivers the quality required.

Kuningan City Mall - Jl Prof. Dr. Satrio Kav 18 Setia Budi Jakarta Selatan

A new 6-story 55,000sqm NLA mall with 220 stores overall. My role includes establishing the Mall’s SOP, fit out and design guidelines; monitoring fit out processes between external parties and internal parties to ensure that the process run under Kuningan City Mall guidance and standard, from design until construction phase, to ensure the tenant can open.

Mal Taman Anggrek - Jl. Let. Jend. S. Parman Kav. 21 Jakarta Barat

Monitoring all fit out projects, exhibitions, building improvement and tenancy closure to ensure that all Architectural Service Department and construction processes complies with MTA’s rules and standard.

Mega Mall Batam Center

A new mall adjacent to Batam Centre International Ferry Terminal. My role includes setting up and implementing the SOP, documentation, an administration for fit out works; supporting for developing special concept premises, such as The Centro, exhibition area, casual leasing, promotion, and multipurpose area.

Mall Kelapa Gading

Fit out coordination of the new extention of MKG3. My roles include intermediary between Leasing Department and new tenants by providing Initial Design Briefing; to monitor and support tenants in the fit out process; regularly update the validity and accuracy of fit out progress.
