Participants gain access to proven resources and blueprints provided by top environmental nonprofits, cities, and governmental agencies. Upon certification, participants become part of the Blue City Network, a coalition of communities from around the world that collaborate in their ongoing quest to become true champions of the environment.

Selected to attend Climate Reality Leadership Corps Training, in October 2015 led by former Vice President of the United States and Chairman of the Climate Reality Project. Selected to be a mentor to twenty attendees at the CRL training in Los Angeles, CA in 2018.

Design, create, execute and analyze eco-events. Ensure that all events, services, products, practices are in keeping with SLC Sustainability practices. Work with graphic designers and branding team to create appropriate event marketing collateral. Create timelines, task lists, and progress indicators for each event plan and effectively manage execution. Work with vendors to ensure cost and quality effective supply.
