Supporting different teams with the development of logframes, theories of change and M&E plans for various areas of activity. Defining qualitative and quantitative indicators in line with international quality standards.Analysing data regularly, reporting to ensure that the insight is used for the development of the ACU's strategy, new business development, and income generation.

Overseeing the development, implementation, and management of various programmes within ACU, including designing, planning and implementing programmes and managing budgets. Monitoring programme progress, evaluating effectiveness, and reporting outcomes to ACU leadership and other stakeholders.

• Managed Structured Training for African Researchers (STARS) project funded by a Robert Bosch Foundation that focused on developing the capacity of African universities and delivered a blended learning course for skills development of young researchers in Africa. • Designed monitoring and evaluation framework based on the overall aims, expected outcomes and outputs of the project. Identified the indicators, data collection and analysis methodology and prepared reports for funders and stakeholders.

Developed funding application and managed EU Erasmus Mundus funded DocLinks project, which supported professional development and promoted networking between African and European doctoral candidates and early career researchers.

• Led submission of the successful bid with transition phase of a multi-million contract for administration of a prestigious UK government-funded Chevening Scholarships Programme supporting 1,500+ outstanding global scholars with leadership potential to study postgraduate courses at UK universities.

Around $1B worth of grants are awarded every year through a network of national and regional foundations and offices.• Developed strategy, programme and implementation plans for the grant-giving activities of National and Higher Education programmes in Armenia, including:- coordinating Consortium of four leading Armenian Higher Education Institutions to develop a Framework Model for Internal Quality Assurance based on Bologna process standards- oversaw the development of civic education standards with a human rights component for state schools in Armenia, which resulted in the adoption by the Ministry of Education and Science and institutionalisation on a national level- collaborated with UNICEF on initiating a national discussion on special education reforms towards inclusive education which resulted in policy reform recommendations for the Ministry of Education and Science.• Developed and established monitoring and evaluation plans • Reported on the impact of programmatic activity and specific projects to the OSI Board of Directors and other stakeholders• Supported contracted organisations and individuals, including capacity building• Represented the Foundation to government officials, international agencies, and NGOs in Armenia and worldwide within the scope of designated programmatic areas
