I am a Chartered Professional Accountant (1992), Chartered Business Valuator (1997 Silver Medalist) and Certified in Financial Forensics (2017) and have worked exclusively in business valuation, financial litigation and related matters for over 20 years. I have been retained by lawyers and clients in both the private and public sectors including federal, provincial and municipal governments as well as companies in diverse industries such as manufacturing, high tech, hospitality, real estate and professional practices. I have extensive experience in preparing calculation, estimate and comprehensive business valuation reports for a variety of purposes including corporate reorganizations and succession planning, shareholder disputes, matrimonial disputes and mergers and acquisitions. I have also prepared limited critique reports, economic loss reports and reports calculating income for child and spousal support.
