I'm a native Spanish speaking, English as a second language, and learning Polish language.My degree is based on Marketing & Publicity. I have a postgrad in Formulation and evaluation of projects in socials. My work experience is about Customer Care. I've learned and developed soft skills, and critically thinking to help properly the customers, but also teaching skills. I have call center, and teaching languages experience.I have Excel skills, and I can manage Adobe Photoshop, which is one of my favorite design programs.I am passionate about learning new things, specially about finances, marketing, languages and designing so that I try to update my knowledge of the subjects to improve my skills by taking some courses.I've worked in my country Nicaragua, and lately abroad (Europe).
