My passion has been during the past 20 years sales and marketing. I spent many years working in corporate world and stared my entreprenurial life after that in 2018. My experiences have given me the opportunity to speak at conferences, do seminars, write a book about personal branding ("The Brand Named You") and advise several startups and companies. In the end of 2024 publishing my second book about employer branding and advocacy. Over the past few years, I've founded two companies. One, Your Brand Up Studio, assists both smaller and larger clients in achieving success in sales and marketing. The other, Estonishing Stay Apartments, operates unique apartments tailored to enable local and foreign investors to passively invest in short-term rental properties. My aim has been to revolutionize the traditional hospitality model and establish numerous automated apartments across Estonia.In May 2022 made my first successful exit with Estonishing Stay Apartments. It was bought by a very cool and innovative hospitality brand Bob W. Now I’m concentrating my full focus mainly in personal, employer branding and marketing.My mission in life is to lift, level or brand up everything around me - changing the world one brand at a time. In addition to entrepreneurship, personal, employer and corporate branding, my passion is also social media, content marketing and storytelling.I agree with Seth Godin that people don't buy goods and services, but relations, stories and magic. But actually even more than being a wine enthusiast, I like traveling around the world. I have visited almost 80 countries so far and am excited to explore much more.
