I have consistently demonstrated expertise and passion in designing, developing and delivering impactful training courses to all levels of employees, ranging from C-Suite Executives of Hyundai Motor Group to entry-level personnel. I also have successfully performed LMS administrative duties, implemented project management tools, and conducted thorough analysis and reporting of internal certification programs across diverse industries. Currently, I am an Instructional Designer with the PGA Tour Superstore working on the design, development and implementation of a wide-range of courses for all levels of employees. I have created content focused on golf equipment fitting, tennis certifications, and corporate office knowledge. Previously, I was a Training Specialist with Georgia Quick Start working on the design, development and implementation of our newest project with the Hyundai Motor Group EV Metaplant. I have worked very closely with the Director of the Training Department to ensure quality training is being delivered to future HMGMA employees. I have experience with communicating and coordinating with upper-level managers, directors and executive directors, stakeholders, content owners and SMEs to create and implement the most appropriate and engaging learning material. I have also been able to bridge communication gaps between various groups of leaders as the project ramps up to its fullest potential. I've also had the opportunity to leverage my instructional design background to create and deliver engaging training material for the employees of Cvent- a technology software company- on a global scale. I have analyzed and reported the efficiency and accessibility of current training materials and made recommendations on how to better cater to different learning needs. I am adept at prioritizing tasks, adhering to tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality results within budget constraints. I earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Learning, Design and Technology from The University of Georgia. I previously worked as an educator for five years in various roles, including Graduate Student Teaching Assistant at UGA and Special Education Teacher at Chatham Academy. As a former special education teacher who has intentionally developed a skillset to excel in corporate training and instructional design, I am eager to contribute my expertise, creativity, and dedication to an organization that values innovation and fosters growth.
