As a teen, I began working in customer service jobs as a housekeeper and eventually owned a small cleaning company. I have worked in convenient stores and a cotton mill factory as well. Throughout 17 years in a home improvement company, I have held many positions. I started as a Receptionist but very quickly, I began assisting the office manager with data entry in accounting for shipping and receiving. If the need to do payroll , I had obtained enough knowledge do this as she was out sick. When the need for assisting in processing loans for the finance department, I accepted that task. I moved into manage the gutter division for scheduling consultants and the installers, as well as continue the other jobs at task. My flexibility became valuable and I enjoyed multi-tasking. When the opportunity to manage the call center came, then I seemed to know where I performed my best. I worked under many professional managers and obtained valuable knowledge. I met many people through these years. With these experiences, I found that through trial and error, it has brought success in our company. I thank God for these opportunities.
