Assist with employment intake process service and provide assistant to drop in clients. Refer client to appropriate staff for services requested. Open and Closing the office. Answer phone and distribute phone messages daily. Fax and Copy office documents. Coordinate special office events and mass mailing. Maintain bulletin board and reference material board.  Maintain file of staff daily attendance records, including use of sick leave, compensation time, and vacation days and send the information to the main office. Assist in the development and translation of flyers in Spanish. Also, assist job applicants with collecting documents for enrollment into various employment programs. Attend monthly staff meeting, employment unit meeting and agency meetings and trainings as required.
