1） Heading Footwear division & start to establish an expertise of footwear team at Li & Fung.2） Managing the footwear business globally and supervise 3 direct sourcing offices in China, India & Vietnam and a buying office in South Africa.3） Be responsible for sourcing/merchandising, product development, footwear technologies & quality assurance.4） Managing to achieve the target of sales budget planned yearly and to get expense budget under control aligning to what is planned yearly. 5） Having achieved to grow the footwear business from US$4.5M to US$100M in 5 years.6） Building up the solid vendor base for different clients by product category.

1) Responsible for all Clarks’ women developments: from prototypes to sales samples, fitting samples, confirmation samples & pre-production trial by working with women development team and factories.2) Supervise development assistants and responsible for delivering all Clarks’ women samples to time and quality.3) Oversee technical teams at all sources and responsible for technical issues during commercialization process for all Clarks’ women products.4) Responsible for all Clarks’ women products pricing to achieve the required margins by working with the costing manager, also dealing with relevant communications between factories and UK headquarter.5) Responsible for helping planning & marketing managers at UK headquarters with booking factory capacity and ensure that all women products orders are placed and produced to timetable.6) Domestic traveling to all sources to coordinate factories to ensure good quality development samples before delivery whenever necessary.7) Oversea traveling to UK and Vietnam whenever necessary to ensure good communications through very beginning of development to pre-production and assure good introductions from development to bulk production.

1) Responsible for all developments in the factories located in China;2) Responsible for all products commercialization in the factories located in China;3) Responsible for costing and finalize prices with the factories;4) Responsible for administration details in China office.5) Domestic traveling to review issues at sources and make decisions in the end.6) Oversea traveling to USA to attend shoe shows and remain close working relationship with the designers and headquarter of Ryka USA.
