• Develop an understanding of client business needs to define systems requirements for CRM implementations
• Propose / Recommend design and solution approach after gathering user requirements.
• Act as the liaison between the business users and the IT implementation core team
• Validate and verify the functionalities developed by the implementation team against the business requirements
• Functional documentations preparation and review

• Service corporate customers by providing IT and business process consultancy

• Liaise with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis to manage expectations
• Conduct user requirement gathering to define project scope and deliverables
