Salman Sajun Studio is a stop motion and design animation studio in Montreal, Canada. The Social Media Manager was in charge of platform maintenance of the company website as well as social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok). The Social Media Manager was expected to keep track of all networks and their performance, and was expected to present the findings in a weekly meeting with the Creative Director. Aside from platform maintenance, the SSM was in charge of creating promoted posts on social network, and achieving audience engagement and growth. The SSM would also be in charge of internal communication with the rest of the team. Aside from the communication tasks, I doubled as a production and research assistance on stop motion and 3D animation projects with brands such as Lego and Barbie.

A Frosh Coordinator spends four months organizing McGill’s incoming 2018 class’s Orientation Week. For McGill Music Frosh, I was offered the position as Communications as well as Inclusivity Coordinator. Job descriptions: - The Communications Coordinator’s job is to maintain the social media pages (Facebook, Instagram) as well as the online website. They are also in charge of graphic designing promotional material (i.e. Facebook banners, profile images, promo videos,...) as well as the schedule, and Frosh booklet. Finally, a Communications Coordinator is in charge of consistently replying to emails and messages on all social media platforms. - The Inclusivity Coordinator is in charge of creating a welcoming and safe environment for the incoming students. They are in charge of helping individuals with physical as well as mental barriers. An Inclusivity Coordinator goes through additional training sessions such as Access Ally training and Mental Health First Aid training.Additional to these two job titles, I performed several other tasks during Frosh. They included but weren't limited to:- The re-designing of Frosh Leader training slides, as well as the training of incoming Frosh Leaders (other McGill students who were accepted to Frosh lead by their Faculty Coordinators)- Harm reduction- Crowd control- Food distribution

The Bull & Bear, the largest student-run magazine on the campus of McGill, consists out of four sections: News, Business, Arts & Culture, and Opinion. As Managing Media Editor, my task involved providing visuals (predominantly photography) for these sections, covering news stories, and covering various MUS and McGill Club affiliated events on and around campus. A Media Editor is part of the Executive Board and is expected to have exceptional photography and editing skills, respond to media requests, and lead and manage a team of photographers.
