I maintained efficient relationship with PCOs, agencies, business partners and suppliers. Agencies yearly satisfaction was 4,9 (max. 5) year after year.3.) I executed several cost reductions programs e.g.:- I initiated comprehensive and standardised procurement regulations and quality monitor. Therefore from 2010 to 2012 the expenses of the maintenance were decreased by 32% (~19.950 EUR). - Between 2011-2013 with significant reorganisations and optimisations, the average yearly costs of the cleaning and gardening were cut down more than 40% (~49.900 EUR)4.) I managed and organized the execution of several FM/engineering projects e.g.- EU project called “Installing a solar cell system consists of ~120 elements at the Study and Information Centre” (~ 221.600 EUR, 2011).,- Overall cleaning of the heating and ventilation system such as cleaning of the inner parts and heat exchangers of 11 high performance air conditioners; the clean-up of ~340 fan-coils; the disinfection of the pipes (~12.200 EUR, 2013).
