• Manage the company’s Industrial Training Funds (ITF) • Recruitment and Selection • Recruitment and onboarding • Perform other duties as assigned by the management • Prepare and send employment letter to preferred candidates• Develop JD for identified jobs with input from process owners• Schedule and conduct interview for shortlisted candidates • Prepare offer letters and pre-employment documentation • Conduct induction programme for new hires• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with team members and maintaining them over time.• Anchoring monthly general staff meetings

• Writing and dealing with official press release / enquiries • Organizing and attending promotional events, commissioning, tours • Covering of events and compiling a detailed report afterwards
