I aspire to bring a voice to my generation. In this time of division and polarization, today’s youth deserve to feel empowered, educated, and active members of the political sphere. I strive to intersect my love of public relations and passion for political action to bring transparency into our governing systems and political processes. My interest in government affairs began at Texas Tech, where I discovered my passion for servant leadership and communications. Over the past two and a half years, I have been heavily involved in organizations focused on increasing civic engagement and education both on and off TTU campus. I have headed legislative pieces through the Student Government Association, connected with community partners to inspire Women in Pre-Law, and worked to improve campus life and increase political engagement through co-founding a voter registration and education organization “Tech the Vote." All of which have led me to strive for a more politically engaged generation through political action and open communication.My skills span from content creation and event management to brand development and community relations. I possess strong internal and external communication skills and a proactive work ethic. I thrive in collaborative and creative spaces where my passions and work are valued.After completing my undergraduate studies, I aspire to attend Law School and eventually pursue a career as a policy analyst.
