Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Evelynne gained 12 years of experience in a variety of finance and accounting positions within the service, distribution and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Recruiting in Motion, Evelynne spent almost 4 years as a recruiting manager at a large multinational firm where her solid technical accounting knowledge, strong relationship management skills and her tenacity led to her swift success amongst a team of extremely tenured senior recruiters. Since joining Recruiting in Motion, in addition to continuing to recruit for and place accounting and finance candidates, Evelynne has expanded her recruitment focus to include all areas of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.Evelynne takes care to ensure she is always fully listening to both her clients’ and candidates’ needs and desires in order to make placements that satisfy both the immediate and long term needs of both sides.
