An ambassador’s primary function is to help prospective students understand the benefits of attending Inti College. Ambassador’s show leadership, professionalism, pride and the desire to promote Inti College as an institution while delivering superior customer service at all times. My main responsibilities were to call prospective student and inform them more about the college as well as to update them on upcoming events and activities by the college. Moreover, ambassadors give tours of campus to prospective students and families.

As a hotel receptionist, my main duties would include dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face,completing procedures when guests arrive and leave, choosing rooms and handing out keys, preparing bills and taking payments, taking and passing on messages to guests, dealing with special requests from guests (like booking theatre tickets or storing valuable items), answering questions about what the hotel offers and the surrounding area and also dealing with complaints or problems.
