Senior Director, People Partner
Current- Offer guidance and expert counsel to leaders across a wide spectrum of areas including employee relations, change management, organization design, talent management, and workforce planning.- Steer leaders through people-centric processes, navigating critical processes such as compensation planning, promotion planning, performance management, goal setting, employee engagement surveys, and cultivation of key talent.- Play key role in the integration, right sizing, and restructuring of twelve acquired companies orchestrating their convergence into one cohesive organization. - Partner with cross-functional teams and HR experts to implement initiatives spanning performance management, compensation equity and education, and HRIS implementation.- Design and deliver training initiatives including leave of absence and creating a culture of feedback.Material is a global strategy, insights, design, and technology partner to companies striving for true customer centricity and ongoing relevance in a digital-first, customer-led world.
