Managed Accessibility strategy and development for Xbox- Developed a broad, cross discipline, division wide accessibility program for the Gaming organization in Microsoft. The multi-faceted program takes a customer centric approach to accessibility where users feedback and partnership with the community are at the center of decision making and investments. - The program ensures that all experiences and content created by the Xbox organization not only meets regulatory and standards compliance but focuses on creating industry leading consumer facing features making the products easier to use by gamers with disabilities, and capabilities that lower the development speedbump to make it easier to create more accessible content by developers in Microsoft and industry wide.- Managed the day-to-day operations, of a multi person accessibility team working at all levels of the organization from individual developers to the head of the gaming division and Microsoft Chief Accessibility officer. - Responsible for organization strategy, program and business development, budget, and people management. - Ensured operational efficiencies, through tooling improvements, new and inventive processes, and automation so the team was always increasing scale across the division while driving down operational cost in gaming and broader Microsoft.- Developed an industry first set of Accessibility Guidelines for game title development. - Developed a consumer and developer focused training video program.
