It is an honor to be able to serve as an Ayurveda Yoga massage therapist; Since 2003 I started offering my service in Brazil and from 2005 until today in Costa Rica, here I offer my services in spaces fully prepared, with the proper structure and professional work group to be able to receive yoga, surf, paddle surf, meditation, dance retreats and different international workshops. Wework with human beings from all over the world. The focus is on breathing and posture alignment. Continuous movements are carried towards the lymph allowing the detoxification of the body at its own pace, at the same time it harmoniously reconnects the nervous system and reactivates the digestive system with punctual work on the abdomen, this and more is super effective to achieve the balance of our clients; body awareness and conscious breathing are present throughout the process.The technique that I apply consists of a powerful combination of traditional abhyanga Ayurveda massage from India, including the complete body rub with organic oil and aromatherapy essences (100% therapeutic grade); vigorous and continuos stretch sequences; pressures and torsions; deep tissue; myofascial release and reflexology are used in this whole bodywork.
