Becoming a Supervisor for Diesel was an exciting step in progressing my career in retail. Some of my day to day responsibilities include being a key holder, task delegating, sales motivating and monitoring, working towards strict KPIs and targets and ensuring customers are receiving a high level of service.I am passionate about visual merchandising, both the creative and commercial aspects involved in product placement.
