I am a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate, multistate licensed through the Florida Board of Nursing. My clinical interests include Medical-Surgical, Critical, and Emergency Care; however, I am open to any opportunity concerning adult patient care.I am currently a Registered Nurse with experience in Acute and Progressive care. In my years of MA and RN experience, I have been exposed to many ways of providing patient care through critical thinking and effective decision-making. Also, throughout my adventure as a nurse and medical assistant, I enhanced my clinical skills to optimize patient care. I am proficient in empathizing, and paying attention to details; also, built for constructive criticism. I remember being 5 years old in a third-world country, and my teachers asking me what I wanted to do when I grow-up. I always answered that I wanted to help people. As I progressed through my career as an NCMA with great satisfaction, the joy that I experienced in providing patient care became the most rewarding part. While all my days have not been positive, I welcome expanding challenges and the rewards far outweigh the negatives. I chose to advance my career as a nurse because of the many ways that help can be provided to an individual as well as a community. I used to think that the only way to make that difference was only through law, but I was wrong; As a Registered Nurse, I will be afforded the opportunity to advocate for my patients, build trust and meaningful connections, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve the lives of those in my neighboring community.
