My primary responsibility is to provide on-the-ground coaching and product training. I take care of ANTA, ANTA Kids, Descente, and Salomon Malaysia. I work closely with the retail team and other departments to ensure they have a thorough understanding of products and can effectively communicate the brand's unique value proposition to customers. In addition to product training, I also provide coaching and support to help employees improve their sales skills, customer service, and overall performance. My role is crucial in ensuring that the brands maintain its position as a leading sport brands and that customers receive the best possible experience when interacting with the company's products and services.

Provide training to Fresh Alchemist and Sephora’s Beauty Advisor. Training involves new product launches (or re-launchs), festive season briefing, and interpersonal communication skills. On-the-field coaching (with clear KPI & goal(s) such as skin/product consultation). Assist and follow up on BA’s clienteling progress. Host and conduct Facebook live and Zoom private events.

Training content involves knowledge of fabrications & products, selling skills, customer services skills, coaching and supervisory skills, briefing skills, and process of mystery shopper.
