My responsibility is to verify the service and that our technical crew supports our sales team 100% on their promises to our clients here at JJ Sound & Screen. Solution formulation, execution, and operations are what I facilitate on a daily basis. Risk is an important aspect.

I would receive a brief, create complete technical riders with stage plots, and send it to our crew manager & external suppliers so everyone knows what to have, where to have it, and what we will be doing with it. In addition, I would create scene files for the show so that we spend less time doing setup & sound checks(Closest we can get to plug & play. At the venue, I would select the points of placement and recommend to the crew managers, a flow of setup based on the event content & changeovers. Once the clients are happy with the reinforcement, we break until showtime. Once the show is done, our crew will strike and load out the venue. At the shop, our crew will load in for maintenance before the next show or load out of the shop.
