This position and the subsequent position under the Vice Chancellor for Advancement, were under the same project appointment. • Supports initiatives of the Advancement team both internal and external through project management and logistic execution pertaining to all aspects of ideation through to implementation. • Creates and authors outcome-driven project and event plans for campaign launches and program initiatives. • Manages and oversees process implementation, process improvement and process efficiency strategies. • Works collaboratively with campus and community stakeholders to develop strategic plans around campaigns, events, processes and reporting. • Manages event staff, volunteers and vendor partners. • Creates and maintains all project scheduling and asset deliverable timelines.I finished this project appointment doing work for the Vice Chancellor of Advancement, on special projects and program strategies. • Manages all aspects of campus signature events, including site visits, logistics, programming, marketing, guest management, RSVP lists, and any other supplies or services needed for a successful event.
