I conduct literature reviews on topics relevant to women's health and reframe the information to be useful, intriguing, and comprehensible for non-academic audiences. I aim to help educate women about their bodies.

I plan and facilitate club logistics, communication, and events through role structuring and training, leading group meetings, and overseeing open mics, workshops, chapbooks, newsletters, collaborations, and more.

As part of my responsibilities, I use various online platforms to develop and execute innovative communication strategies and protocols that support the behind-the-scenes of the UBC Slam Poetry Club and community. This includes organizing open mics, workshops, and other initiatives to foster connections with local artists, organizations, and novice performers.

Understanding the role that hormones and pregnancy play in breast cancer growth and metastasis is crucial for the development of treatments for breast cancer. Driven by a passion for women's health and endocrinology, my team conducted a literature review on the hormonal mechanisms of pregnancy and cell proliferation by paracrine signaling. Based on this evidence we wrote a research paper and designed an experiment and hypothesis. Our work was presented at the Multidisciplinary Undergraduate Research Conference and published in the Canadian Undergraduate Research Journal.

I aided in the experimental design and data collection of population ethics surroundingcaribou conservation methods. I transformed data into creative formats in order to relay complex ideas to non-scientific and youthful audiences. I presented at a symposium where my team and I fielded questions regarding the mission and significance of our work.

I worked with a small crew of site managers and subcontractors to learn and carry out the skills of demolition, handyman work, surfaces and utility cleaning, material organization, and transport, as well as coding invoices and aiding client selections to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.

I served as a student organizer for the 2020 Baltimore Student Diversity Leadership Conference 2020 (BSDLC). I helped research and present the impacts of diverse media representation and guided approximately 200 attendees through thoughtful and productive discussions.
