Reconciliation of sales numbers between production system and Business Warehouse to check the accuracy and reliability, helping Sales team to manage their product line sales with timely and correct data. I also worked closely with the sales team to create a more accurate and reliable annual budget and monthly sales forecast.Lead the annual budget process, responsible for sales, investment, depreciation planning and P&L consolidation of all the information gathered during this process and putting into a template.Development of business cases and profitability calculations helping upper management to make decisions based on accurate numbers.Improved the Rebate and Commission payment process, keeping the information in the system constantly up to date.Implemented a new profit center structure in SAP. I am the key user and point of contact for our controlling team in Germany. This structure helps us having a best cost control and analysis of deviations.

Created an excel file to consolidate all the information needed for the annual budget which helped having the data ready for urgent or last minute changes in a reliable and accurate way. It also helped to have the budget at a general ledger account, P&L, functional area, expense type level. This tool also helped to control the variances and deviations compared to actual data. Developed reports for Financial Key Figures helping upper management to make decisions based on accurate and reliable data.Developed a more accurate and efficient cash application process which improved the reliability and the invested time on this process by 75%.Implemented a new cost center structure in SAP being the key user and point for our controlling team in Germany.
