• Actuarial development of new insurance products in both life and non life insurance.• Register to the local insurance authorities (CNSF) the insurance products and respond to their queries until the product is being approved. • Report the Insurer’s reinsurance operations to the authorities. • Provide information to the Head Office in Paris regarding the local situation of the company regarding fines, audits and new legal requirements for the Insurer operation.

• Assist and guide users in the process of complaint against Banks, Insurers, Pension and Retirement Funds (AFORES), Lenders, Leasing companies and such. • Receive from the users the complains against financial institutions.• Follow up the complains with the financial institutions, issue official letters, citatories and administrative agreements. • Oversee, assist and train new internship members.
