• Report the Insurer’s reinsurance operations to the authorities.
• Provide information to the Head Office in Paris regarding the local situation of the company regarding fines, audits and new legal requirements for the Insurer operation.

• Receive from the users the complains against financial institutions.
• Follow up the complains with the financial institutions, issue official letters, citatories and administrative agreements.
• Oversee, assist and train new internship members.
