Sergeant and Shift Supervisor for Night Shifts at the Liberty County Jail. Administer and maintain the safety and security of the entire facility on a nightly basis. Encompassing all posts and positions due to no support staff or administration at night. Working with the Liberty County Sheriff's Department to improve and maintain the jail as a correctional institution and safety measure for the community.

Maintained security of segregated inmates. Team focus helped keep roughly 350 inmates secured daily. Coordinated transport of sick or wounded inmates to and from hospital in the most secure way possible. Worked alongside local Sheriff’s Department in reviewing and implementing day-to-day standard operating procedures. Trained several other Correctional Officers in proper procedure for improved safety and security.

Tracks and coordinates movement of more than 1,500 trucks, 1,500 trailers, and 2,000 passengers monthly using Qualcomm 4.1.4 Fleet Management and Battle Command Sustainment Support IT systems. Responsible for numerous convoys traveling throughout Iraq—an area as large as California. Creates and forwards comprehensive movement reports to KBR headquarters daily. Acts as trainer for new hires. Works with diverse group of foreign nationals and U.S. citizens to ensure safe transport of and 100% accountability of personnel, vehicles, and cargo, 24 hours a day/7 days a week in support of U.S. military operations. Responsible for recording daily statistics and incidents using Microsoft Access database software, as well as creating visual reports using Microsoft PowerPoint for daily use by project managers.

Worked as a lead mechanic supporting Theater Transportation Mission (TTM) Up Armor Project. Supervised four mechanics to ensure safe and proper installation of ballistic armor on civilian tractors. Created the schematics and training materials for all other Up Armor facilities on multiple vehicle types. Flew to multiple bases in theater to train others in the proper installation of new systems. Maintained over 300 heavy duty vehicles. Earned OSHA General Industry certification and completed more than 12 hours of professional development to include KBR’s Code of Business Conduct course.
