Everett was the Project Architect on this project. He was responsible for all contact documents for the project which includes Floor Plans, Elevations ,Wall Sections and all Details. Everett was also responsible for coordinating all disciplines of consultants which he did in an outstanding manner. He also simultaneously created the working drawings for a outside bar off the main Lobby and Racquets which is a full service restaurant with walk up bar serving the members pool at the North end of the property. Everett also completed the daycare called the Kids Club according to Four Seasons Standards. Everett is very meticulous in his detailing ability. As to his personality he works very good under pressure. But his most outstanding quality is his honesty and sterling character. As a pier I could look across the way and admire his last project in which I was not involved. Everett was one of three CA's that handled all the construction of the landmark project of the new Cowboy Stadium. This project is Jerry Jones signature building that is important to Football and the history of Architecture. Everett was a part of this great project."
