Everett has been driven by music and the arts from a very young age. The talent of others that he has worked with and performed with continues to drive him professionally and creatively.He graduated from University of Miami’s Frost School of Music in 2014 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries and a minor in Business Administration. Prior to attending UM, Everett studied Classical Voice Performance at University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music. He also graduated from Idyllwild Arts Academy, a boarding arts high school in Southern California, where he studied Musical Theatre and Classical Voice.Everett started off his career in Development at the National YoungArts Foundation, serving on the events team as well as assisting with corporate partnerships and database entry. He then transitioned to work in Development at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science for the grand opening of their new location downtown.Everett was singing as a toddler before he could form complete sentences. He was involved in music and theatre summer camps as a child, and started taking private lessons in voice and piano at age 9. He is one of the youngest contracted choristers with Florida Grand Opera, has sung in different churches and synagogues across South Florida, and continues to take on any freelance singing gigs when the opportunities arise. He is even a featured backup vocalist on Juanes’ MTV Unplugged album, which won the Grammy Award in 2013 for Best Latin Pop Album.Outside of work, Everett loves discovering more about the beautiful city of Miami, including finding different restaurants to try and new places to explore.
