Throughout my time as an intern at Girls Inc. of Tennessee Valley, I have overseen our digital marketingby creating graphics, managing our content calendar, overseeing virtual fundraisers, conducting social media audits, and boosting engagement on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.Currently, I work with our Athletic Director, Nicky Anosike to run our Fall Softball League, as well as assisting with other engagement events. My duties include managing equipment, umpiring, scorekeeping, field management and painting, cleaning, and collaborating with our coaches and athletes to ensure our games run smoothly.

Duties:• Provided exemplary customer experience, efficiently scanning customers in, maintaining tidiness in the entrance room, and personalizing customer service both in-person and digitally• Answered and delegated customer inquiries concerning facility layout, equipment, and membership• Performed daily upkeep on YMCA’s amenities, including quality checks and replenishment• Collaborated with wellness and membership teams, coordinating the flow of customers and managing the pairing of customers with the appropriate employees
