I act as the President and CEO of Fossil Outdoor Inc. an outdoor retailer that is focused on solving pain points experienced by outdoor enthusiasts to make their next adventure a little bit better. Many children's parents cannot afford to buy school supplies, this means the teachers often sacrifices their own money to buy the needed supplies. City Charities seeks out funds and in-kind contributions, so the children have the items they need and teachers are not obligated to pay for them themselves.

• Extensive experience with financial planning and analysis – developed over thirty winning renewable energy proposals ranging from tens of thousands to millions of dollars. This included writing procedures, implementing financial controls and managing project budgets.• Wrote and successfully obtained six competitive grants from the USDA, in four consecutive years ranging from $20,000 to $119,000, which represented 80% of the available statewide funding.
