I am a Civil Engineer with 23 years of experience managing infrastructure and construction projects with a high level of success. I am skilled at delivering exceptional, cost-effective designs in the construction and renovation of potable water treatment plants, water conveyance and storage facilities, public works infrastructure and marine structures. As a manager, I strive to develop and empower my team members to achieve a high level of performance. I am also an experienced firefighter/EMT, Certified Weld Inspector (CWS), carpenter, commercial diver and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Currently, I am a Civil Engineer and Construction Manager with the CDM Smith where I work with a team of public works inspectors, materials testing technicians, junior engineers and construction professionals in executing construction projects. I manage projects through all phases to ensure specifications and agency codes are being adhered to and projects are progressing on schedule and within budget.
